It was a lovely place for our fairly nice stay. The breakfast was bountiful and absolutely superb, well presented and with variety of options.

Everything was well-maintained, amicable staff made our stay really good.

The staff was incredibly nice, the beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the room was absolutely gorgeous. Unlimited free coffee and an electric kettle were convenient.

I had an incredible stay at a heritage resort in the Philippines. The rich history and beautifully restored old houses at Las Casas Filipinas De Acuzar were truly remarkable. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, allowing for a relaxing experience. The resort offered informative heritage tours that added depth to my understanding of the country's past. Additionally, the food at the restaurants was delicious, although the breakfast was a bit small.

The hotel with well-maintained and reasonably large rooms, in a beach area, near the Italian restaurant. Remote location, around 10-15 minutes walk from Ambon Ambon.

We had standard queen room, and it was gorgeous with a water boiler.

The hotel was in the remote setting to the western restaurant or marivent. The employees at the property were outstandingly accommodating and amazingly nice. Units with 2 bathtub.

We had a great time at this hotel! The facilities were well-planned, with plenty of activities to enjoy. The breakfast was delicious and diverse, and the staff were very accommodating and polite. We also enjoyed the location, as it was accessible to other areas around the city.

By and large, it was lovely place for sightseeing in Bagac, had much fun.

Our 2-night stay at Las Casas Filipinas De Acuzar was fantastic. The hotel is top-notch, with incredible staff and delicious food. We loved the convenience of our deluxe king room, complete with a personal safe, sitting area, and writing table. We couldn't get enough of the Marivent Cafe, and went there multiple times.

The recreated Spanish-era houses and Venice-like canals offered a picturesque backdrop for our holiday. The friendly staff provided excellent service and helpfulness added to the relaxation of our vacation. The range of activities available entertained us throughout our stay.

While the resort's location in a spacious area offered a welcome escape from crowding, the lack of trees made the heat overpowering, especially during peak periods. We noticed a few aspects needing attention, such as windows that required repairing, shower curtains absent, and long waiting times for shuttle service and housekeeping.

The room was spacious and comfortable and the food was decent. I also appreciated the airport shuttle service and the location near convenient transportation options.

My experience at this hotel was marred by a few negative factors. The cleanliness of the room was lacking, with old and dirty towels and a moldy smell that made it difficult to sleep.

We had a memorable stay at this remarkable historical resort. The location is excellent, with breathtaking views that can rival other beaches. The staff's exceptional service added to the overall experience. We loved the sumptuous buffet breakfast and the myriad of choices at the on-site restaurants. The rooms were clean and cozy, and we enjoyed the modern amenities like the functioning mini-refrigerator and the complimentary snacks in the room.

Although our stay was pleasant, the lobby area could get very crowded at times.

The hotel offers excellent value for money, with reasonable prices for a well-maintained environment and old luxurious style. The location, set back from a very wide black sand beach, adds to its charm.

Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Lastly, the rooms were well-appointed and had all the basic amenities we needed, including a water boiler and two bathtubs. The breakfast spread was also delicious and had a good variety of options. great value for money!

All in all, my stay at this hotel was absolutely fine - no major complaints whatsoever.
